Personal Coaching
Orchestra Triage offers the opportunity for personal coaching on an individualized basis. This can be done in person, or using video and electronic communication.
In-Person Sessions: An Orchestra Triage staff member will be present to watch a class of the teacher's choosing. A conference will be held immediately following the class to identify teacher strengths and weaknesses, and create a plan for implementing positive changes. Subsequent sessions focus on specific areas for improvement and may also include some demonstration with the class by the Orchestra Triage consultant.
Electronic Sessions: The teacher will video their chosen class from beginning to end in an appropriate format. The unedited video is sent electronically to Orchestra Triage where it will be watched and assessed. A written assessment is e-mailed to the teacher and a phone interview will ensue to discuss the findings.
In-Person visits are billed at $50 an hour.
Electronic sessions are $50 each. This includes watching approximately 30 minutes of class video, a written assessment, and a ten-fifteen minute phone conversation.
